Reflection:

Thanks to Allah by always helping me on doing this slide show and finally i finish it as He always beside me. =))

Thanks to my lovely lecturer Dr. Rosseni because she did a good job on teaching me the way to do this project..

Thanks also to my family and friends by always supporting me in whatever i do..

This project really interesting for me. I realised that one day, when i really become a teacher, i must do the same thing as this slide presentation to my student. I feel very excited for it.. Thanks to all! =))

Plagiarism

Defination of plagiarism

Plagiarism is the “use or close imitation of the language and thoughts of another author and the representation of them as one’s own original work.

Plagiarisme are divide into several categories :

• Academia

Many students feel pressured to complete papers well and quickly, and with the accessibility of new technology (the Internet) students can plagiarize by copying and pasting information from other sources.

• Journalism

Since journalism’s main currency is public trust, a reporter’s failure to honestly acknowledge their sources undercuts a newspaper or television news show’s integrity and undermines its credibility.

• Online plagiarism

Content scraping is a phenomenon of copy and pasting material from Internet websites, affecting both established sites and blogs.

• Self-plagiarism

Self-plagiarism is the reuse of significant, identical, or nearly identical portions of one’s own work without acknowledging that one is doing so or without citing the original work.

• As a Practical Issue

In addition to legal and ethical concerns, plagiarism is frequently also a practical issue, in that it is frequently useful to consult the sources used by an author, and plagiarism makes this more difficult.

• Plagiarism detection

Plagiarism detection is the process of locating instances of plagiarism within a work or document

• Music plagiarism

Music plagiarism  is the use or close imitation of another author’s music while representing it as one’s own original work.

Reflection

First of all i want to thank myself because finally i’ve finish my assignment. For information,at first, i was very stressed about this task because i do not know how to do it. I try to motivate myself that i can do this assignment as my friend also can do it. I try to find some of the information from the library and internet and do the researchs. It quite difficult task at first, but finally i has succesfully finish it. Sorry to my Lecturer because maybe i am late on posting my assignment in my blog.
